Llevaba tiempo leyendo sobre este suplemento,y al final opte por uno en el que el compuesto principal parecía estar de la forma más óptima,como es la resina.Llevo 10 días aproximadamente y noto una mejoría sobre todo en la mañana al despertar. Seguiré probándolo a ver qué tal. Recomendado

Me decante a comprar el producto ya que vi que una de sus propiedades era reducir inflamación de articulaciones etc, ya que llevo una semanas con una inflamación y después de su consumo su efecto se nota, me ha bajado bastante la inflamación en la zona. El sabor es intenso pero al diluirlo en agua su consumo es agradable, repetiré seguro.
No sabía muy bien qué esperar del Shilajit, pero después de probarlo unos días, la diferencia se nota. La textura y el sabor son intensos, pero eso es normal en un producto auténtico. Me ha dado más energía y claridad mental, sobre todo por las mañanas. Lo disuelvo en agua caliente y aunque al principio el sabor es fuerte, uno se acostumbra rápido. Muy contento con la compra, repetiré seguro.

I am astonished with the quality of this Shilajit product :)It is a bit more expensive compared to other RAW Shilajit products that are available on Amazon , however , the price does mean that you are receiving a higher quality product than others!This product comes from a German company , and also has a German health standards sticker showing that each jar has been tested carefully to test for any heavy metals that are a known issue in cheaper Shilajit products.When unboxing the package , you receive three separate jars of Shilajit and each jar comes with a quality metal spoon that allows you to correctly extract the needed dose!I feel that this Shilajit Resin works best when added to hot drinks and even when baking!It has definitely helped me to reduce my fatigue and my energy levels feel much higher meaning I can continue working for longer without feeling a sudden onset of fatigue midday!
I've used these or similar in years past and the main difference is these modern products are tested before hand.I got them to see if they had any effect on a badly hammered knee.I've been taking them for a while and am glad to say I feel there is some improvement. This is more a feeling than a set piece of info.I will continue taking them as I see no complications arising from above. They are very easy to take which can sometimesbe a problem.Hope they work for you.

I’ve tried several Shilajit products before, but VitalizeNature’s Shilajit with Ashwagandha stands out for its superior quality. The resin feels purer and more potent than others on the market, and the combination with Ashwagandha adds an extra benefit. I’ve noticed a boost in my energy levels too.It dissolves easily and has a richer texture compared to other brands I’ve used. The only small downside is that the jar could be a bit easier to open( nota deal breaker!), but overall, this is a top-notch product.
This is such a little tub but contains about two month's worth if you follow the correct dosage. It is very dark and seems very good quality. I gave this to my friend who says it always helps her, she says that she felt like it was working right from the first day of taking it, so that's great. It also comes with a little scoop so you can easily get the amount you need.
Nice to see a resin with Ashwagandha added. Shilajit and Ashwagandha are supposed to work particularly well together, so I decided to give it a try. So far so good!Some Shilajit is better than others and this one has a good potency and all the assurances that go with it.
