2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once processed, the order is handed over to the assigned transport company.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Mainland Spain: 2–5 business days
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 3–7 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • International destinations: 10–15 business days

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight, destination, and carrier.
  • You will be able to see the exact cost before finalizing your purchase.
  • Free shipping on orders over 100€ within Mainland Spain.

5. International Shipping and Customs

International Duties and Taxes Policy

For all shipments made to territories outside the European Union fiscal area, the final customer will be considered the importer of the goods and the sole person responsible for the settlement of any local tax, customs duty, or import fee.

Rejection or Abandonment of Merchandise

In the event that the recipient rejects the delivery of the package or refuses to pay the corresponding customs duties, the company declines all responsibility for the return costs. The customer will fully assume both the customs expenses generated by the return and the cost of the return transport. If these costs exceed the value of the order, the merchandise will be abandoned at the destination customs and the customer will not be entitled to any type of refund or compensation.

6. Order Tracking

  • When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
  • If you do not receive it, please contact us and we will provide it to you.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If your order experiences delays, incidents, or goes missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
